If left the cigarette simply to prevent the possibility to develop lung cancer and a good number of heart disease and similarly eating well and exercise only benefits at all levels of health.<br />
The question is what&#8217;s new? However, the key lies in the protective effect accumulable envisaged by the four factors healthy. The research, published in the current issue of Archives of Internal Medicine, includes an assessment of more than 23,000 Germans and is part of a large European study under way on the choices of lifestyle and disease.<br />
A study conducted by Michael Gurven at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his team, was based a remote tribe of Amazonia in Bolivia, which is known as &#8220;Tsimane&#8221;, discovering in them that the peripheral arterial disease does not increase with age, in this population unlike risk factors that are in the countries of industrialization, such as the chronic inflammation and the use of tobacco.<span id="more-261"></span><br />
The implication is that these risk factors come to be fatal only in the context of an unhealthy diet and an inactive lifestyle.</p>
