The enemy number one for diet
Normally the people are still a diet in pursuit of reducing the weight (not counting those people who are still diets in order to improve their nutritional levels, which are outside the theme of this article). It is increasingly growing tendency to obsess with the weight of one, glorifying the diet as the solution to all our ills.
The paradox is that many times the diet, instead of reducing our weight ends increase, becoming a double-edged sword that deserves to be treated with caution and delicacy.
The enemy number one of the people who follow a diet is anxiety. This anxiety makes consume more food with greater frequency, and is often the protagonist of the famous binging of food that some people are given to calm a mood.
The question is that the eating a diet that does not provide nutritional aspects and to make us spend all day eating very little (breakfast insignificant, absence of lunch, snack basic), leads in many cases the emergence of anxiety, which ends litigation our digestive system with a dinner disproportionate and blunt.
This is a vicious circle, and it begins with the low intake of food. The eat does little grow anxiety levels of our agency; as a result of this our adrenaline levels are markedly increased, which makes us control us less and eating too much food during the dinner because of the adrenaline accumulated throughout the day, which brings obvious and countless digestive disorders.
It is important balancing the food throughout the day, and not make those follies of no breakfast or lunch not; we must insert food to throughout the day, because it is not healthy nothing spend part of the day with hunger and the other party packed with food. The vicious circle of anxiety is something that, if not handled with caution it is impossible handle it.
